Is the ONT that Fidium uses attached indoors or outdoors? I'm wondering if they actually run the fiber through the wall or an ethernet cable through the wall? As the title says, when Fidium installs the ONT, do they mount the box indoors or outdoors?

My ONT recently threw a red light ("i" status light) and was failing a firmware update. I believe it was last Friday. Phone support said they can't see anything on the ONT in regards to this, there's allegedly no way to do so. A reboot resolved the issue. I believe I saw this happen to a few other users in this reddit as well. It’s firmware lol.The ONT and router fortunately are both operational; my best guess is that they ended up reprovisioning the 10G port on the ONT so that it would pass data.
