The Remington SP20 was the last 1 ounce wad for 20 gauge tapered hulls, and they are scarce also. There's a single 1 ounce load in Remington hulls using AA20 wad and HS-6 in Lyman 5th Edition Handbook.The biggest problem is finding a wad that'll work. The only real readily available one ounce wad is the Rem SP20, which is highly priced and overly fragile (wad explodes into fragments when firing). Alot of powders suitable for one ounce are so dense that even with the correct amt of shot, if you use a sp20 wad, they crimps dish WAYY in

Hi, Does anyone know a 20 ga load I could use some HS-7(571) powder I have, using AAHS 2 3/4 hulls, WAA20 wads,Fed209A,CHED209 primers.
