In my opinion, the goal is to show progression so as long as you get consistently better, you should do just fine. In terms of resources, there's always Truelearn (Combank) and Uworld but if you've been doing Amboss and Comquest, I don't think that's going to be much help. FM is a lot of screening and preventative care (know vaccines, age of screening, etc) but it definitely helps to have IM before. That’s the order of rotations I had and it helped out a ton. I haven't taken the FM COMAT yet but I did pretty well on the IM COMAT (110).
