The birria nachos were mostly birria which was a plus and the fresh chips held up well with the juice. The real star of the show though was the birria egg rolls. These things were heaven and they should be sold by the dozen. The wrapping was perfectly crunchy and airy and the inside was filled with onion, cilantro, birria and cheese.
