I went so far as to not just restart the Hisense Roku tv but also remove the app then restart. After relinking the account, the problem is still the same. I am considering Factory Reset on the Hisense Roku TV. I see customers have contacted both xfinity & roku. It's working fine on my tv. I believe xfinity just does not want the app streamed because they'll get more money when the box is purchased. Personally this was the sign/issue I needed to cancel them because it's too high anyway. Paying a carnote for cable is ridiculous. Thanks
