I took my NCLEX on Tuesday and left feeling super down, I literally felt confident about maybe 20 questions. I cried A LOT and was pretty sure I failed. You only get refund if you pass. It's not 100% but it is pretty accurate in my opinion. I suggest just waiting for the official results. Personally, it's a bit of a hassle for me so I'd rather just deal with finding out the result one time rather than twice. I don't think it's necessary. I just waited for mine.
