I would say the pearsonvue trick isn’t as accurate as people say and wait until the BRN post your license in their ... The only 2 comments I saw suggesting it happened was a "friend of a friend" type situation where the writer heard their friends friend had a good pop up and failed. Which they likely got the "neutral" pop up and thought it was a good pop up. In my experience I believed with all my heart I failed in 120 questions. Good pop up. I passed.

ADVICE. Ok y’all. I took my NCLEX today and it shut off at 75 questions… it took me maybe an hour? More likely 45 minutes of actual testing and the rest of the time doing the research for new gen NCLEX. I waited to get the email from Pearson about completing the exam, and I did the trick. I got the good pop-up but I feel like I got fewer difficult questions than others who passed in 75 questions, and I definitely felt like I didn’t know anything. I did around 50-100 questions a day. I completed Lippincott Q&A NCLEX-PN's comprehensive tests, slowly. I would do about 20 questions then go back and mark correct or incorrect, then I would read the rationale and write out a brief summary in my own words. I completed all of UWorld's test bank for "Adult Health" and augmented my notes accordingly.

I took my NCLEX-RN today 07/27/22. i did the PVT but I waited for 4 hours after getting the email. I heard people say that you have to wait, atleast give it a good 2 hours after receiving the email. i got the good pop-up. and yes I rechecked it twice. stoped at 145. will give an update for the accurate results.
