Your favorite town isn't Rosewood. Your favorite spawn town is Rosewood. I like West Point for being between Louisville, Muldraugh, the mall, hunt thing and the shooting range for the fav major Town. Kinda like the little town of Doe Valley for some small bases, good for looting Riverside and Rosewood in the other side.

Rosewood also has the fire department, which gives powerful armor (although it also slows a person down. Probably useful at least for new players though). I'm not sure why you bring up the prison at all. It's outside of the city, and a place you never have to go to.
