This is most likely a addon since the actual gamemode does not let you lock the prop rotation. Sorry. There are two other mods, basically a prop hunt 2.0. Wolvins Enhanced Prophunt is probably your best selection. I believe that is what your YouTubers are playing. C to change rotation by default I believe.
