The system was loaded up with air so I made up an auxiliary tank to the inlet of the filter housing, primer pumps hard after 4-5 pushes.

Hey John, FYI I found out the injectors NEED minimum 1500 PSI of rail pressure to open, at least the LML with piezo injectors do, and I'd bet the older ones do too. I've got plenty of tips and suggestions for making it as easy as possible.
