I think the idea is that the earlier you send it, the earlier you are complete and can get an interview. Earlier interviews may have a better chance of acceptance. With time, the amount of seats available diminishes. So getting your application in early gives you a better chance. Do the best you can to submit it as soon as possible! Lecom is a well established school with good match rates. Having said that, this is a new campus which should have new faculty. The faculty will be getting their feet on the ground when getting the curriculum up to speed. Any new school or campus will have a learning curve as they get up and running.
