True-learn is easier than the real thing and offers more information in their stems. If you did uworld and did around average on it you'll be fine for comlex 1. I thought it was just like both. The longer questions were like trulearn and the shorter ones reminded me of comsaes. Trulearn was great prep for omm.COMSAE. Not an answer to your question but I believe almost no one takes comsae phase 3 because of the long history of comsae being useless. From prior comsae I've taken for level 1 and 2, they're almost nothing like the real deal. They are however as convoluted as the real deal. Reply.

Overall felt level 2 was more difficult but in line w how the questions were asked and the vagueness of the wtf questions. This is one reason I do the comsaes!!!
