The auto start-stop kicked the engine off like it should, but then would not start after she released the brake. She finally got it started but then the warning light came on “circle A” and a message that the system required service.Some people on here just unplug the negative cable from the AUX battery. 966 Posts. #21 · Nov 8, 2021. we have a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. this is a known issue on the Pacifica forums. its usually 1 or more of 3 things. 1) bad Aux battery. 2) failing main battery. 3) not being driven enough to charge/keep charged the Aux battery. we haven't had the issue on our 2019 so I haven't had to become an expert on this yet.
