Got in truck after a short drive and started down the road and the truck would not shift out of first gear. I did a restart on the road and nothing changed. In order to fully release the tension keeping it in gear or get the gears to mesh going in, you want to be moving 1-3 mph in either direction when ever you shift in or out.
