Vehicle: 2014 Silverado 5.3 1500 LTZ Z71 4x4 The problem: while driving my coolant temp gauge will drop to zero, radiator fans come on high and stay even after I shut the truck off for approx 15 min. Also the A/C goes out. Temp fix: if I disconnect and reconnect the battery it clears and I can usually drive it around a bit before it comes back. My 2014 Silverado had no reading on temp gauge, fan running high and continuing to run after turned off. Took it to car wash/oil change place, told them the problem. Guy said he had that before.
